Why Massage?
It can help with

Pain Relief

Therapeutic Massage addresses severe tension or pain in the muscles and connective tissues. Additionally, massage assists in improving the body's natural ability to produce endorphins, which assist in the body's natural process of reducing pain!
Workout Recovery
Massage has been shown to improve blood flow, decrease inflammation and help muscles recover after intense exercise, so you can work out harder and recover quicker.

Improved Sleep
Getting a massage can enhance sleep quality by reducing physical discomfort, making it easier to fall asleep.

Stress Reduction
Following massage therapy, cortisol levels in the body decrease, while serotonin and dopamine levels increase. In other words- less stress, more happiness :)

Injury Recovery
Massage therapy is a great compliment to medical care of injuries to promote healing and soft-tissue health during the formation of scar tissue.
